Return & refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something has gone wrong, please contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out fairly.
To request a return or refund, please get in touch through our website Contact page. Please contact us before sending anything back, as we are unable to accept returns that have not been approved first.
If a return is approved, we’ll let you know the next steps, including where to send the item and whether a return shipping label will be provided.
Product quality
We take care when making and packing our products, and we want them to arrive in good condition. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us with the details and, where possible, photos of the problem. We’ll review it and work with you on the best solution.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item has been damaged in shipping, is faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.
We sell plastic toys, and while they are designed to be enjoyed, plastic items can break if they are bent, dropped, stepped on, pulled too hard, or used roughly during play. We will refund or replace items where the issue is due to shipping damage, a genuine fault, or an error with your order. However, we do not offer refunds or replacements for breakages caused by rough handling, accidental damage, or general wear and tear after delivery.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product does not meet the required consumer guarantees, we will meet our legal obligations. Depending on the issue, this may involve a repair, replacement, or refund.
