Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.

To keep things simple, standard nationwide shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8. Rural delivery is charged at $14 to help cover the additional courier cost for rural addresses.

All products listed on our website are part of limited collections and are generally made, finished, and ready to ship when available online. Once your order has been placed, we’ll carefully check, pack, and prepare it for courier collection.

We are based in Canterbury, so delivery times will vary depending on where you are in New Zealand. Most orders should arrive within 1–5 business days after being collected by the courier, although rural addresses and busy courier periods may take a little longer.

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If your address is rural, please select the rural shipping option so your order can be sent without delays.

In rare cases, shipping may be significantly more expensive than expected, such as for remote locations, unusually large orders, or addresses that require special courier handling. If this happens, we reserve the right to contact you before sending the order to discuss the shipping cost or, if needed, cancel and refund the order.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
